Community safety is a fundamental public service extended to City of Greeley residents, businesses and guests. Most hotel operators and landlords want a favorable business reputation that can boast pleasant and safe accommodations for their guests, residents and workers, attractive facilities which foster repeat and new business, and the absence of liability or expensive damage from problem guests or tenants. Law Enforcement is also intent on discouraging criminal activity in such transient quarters to ensure the safety of those properties throughout the city.
